Meta's Muse lands in Mexico, its first Latin American country, with Rappi, Liverpool and Cinépolis on the way

Muse, Meta's personal AI agent, became available in Mexico on November 5, 2026, announced by the official Muse account and Meta's Alexandr Wang. According to Infobae's report, it works in Spanish for adults 18 and over on iOS, Android, muse.ai and WhatsApp, is free to use with optional paid plans, and comes with connectors to local brands such as Cinépolis, Coppel, Despegar, Kavak, Kueski, Liverpool and Rappi, some of which switch on after launch. Like elsewhere, Muse runs tasks inside its own isolated cloud computer and browser.

Why it matters

It's the first Latin American launch for a mainstream personal agent, and local connectors mean it can act on everyday services rather than just chat.

Who it's for

People in Mexico who want an agent for errands, shopping and planning, and brands watching where agent connectors launch next.

What it means for you

  1. What it means for you: if you're in Mexico, sign up at muse.ai or in the app and connect Gmail or Google Calendar first.
  2. Check which local connectors (Rappi, Liverpool, Cinépolis and others) are already live before relying on them.
  3. Approve purchases and messages yourself; Muse asks before it acts on your behalf.

Applies to: Mexico, Spanish, ages 18+, on iOS, Android, muse.ai and WhatsApp; free to start with optional subscriptions. Local connectors roll out gradually. Checked on the Muse and Alexandr Wang posts and Infobae's report on November 6, 2026.
