Meta publishes 10 health research papers written with Muse models
Meta built a human-led research setup powered by Muse Spark 1.3 and Muse Wonder, with access to 5 million de-identified health records and public data. Medical experts used it for hypothesis generation, code and manuscript drafts while keeping control of every scientific decision. Meta shared 10 resulting manuscripts across cardiology, oncology, infectious disease, emergency medicine and more.
Why it matters
It's a concrete example of an AI-assisted research workflow where experts stay in charge of the judgement calls.
Who it's for
Clinical researchers, health data scientists and research leads.
How to try it
- Read Meta's research blog post linked from the announcement.
- Note how decisions about cohorts and causal assumptions stayed with the experts.
- Copy the split in your own work: AI drafts and codes, people decide.
Plan & availability: Research project from Meta; the setup itself isn't a public product.
