Preload your skills into every new Claude Code project
A founder shared a setup tip for Claude Code Projects: package your company or personal skills as a custom plugin and add it to your Claude web account. He says every new project you create then starts with those plugins and skills already installed, so you don't have to set them up each time.

- Collect your reusable skills (review checklists, deploy steps, style guides) into one plugin.
- Add the plugin to your Claude web account.
- Create a new Claude Code Project and check the skills are listed before you start.
